Dear Street Fair Registered Vendors,
 ***We will be sending out booth assignments the day before the Street Fair!
 * Saturday – Check in begins at 8:00am!

(Booth numbers will be marked in chalk)
***But you must check in at head table prior to setting up.

SanTan Village address is – 2218 East Williams Field Road Gilbert, AZ 85295

 *Please turn in your Hope Kids raffle prize at check-in.  (Your prize cannot be a gift card or coupon for your business. It must be something that can be used/picked up at a later date. This is for HOPE KIDS!  Please give something you would want to win so that we can raise a lot of money for this amazing organization!) $1 per raffle ticket or $5 for 6 tickets! 
***Each vendor gets a raffle ticket just for donating!
 Important details: READ carefully!!!
Set up:
Vendor set up starts at 8:00am.  You must be completely set up by 9:45am! The Paisley Pumpkin Spring Street Fair Vendors are NOT allowed to drive onto the street fair location to unload.   *You need to find a close parking spot and carry in all product, tents, tables, etc. 
Be prepared to carry everything in. *Bring helpers if you need it. We will NOT have staff on hand to carry in tents, tables, product, etc. This is the vendor’s responsibility
You must have a 10′ x 10′ canopy! *SanTan requirement * note- we do not have the space to accommodate anything larger then 10′ x 10′ (except for our approved food trucks). Be kind to your fellow vendors & help each other when possible. 
*We do not have electricity or wifi available at this location. 
 After unloading, vendors MUST move their cars to farther out Mall parking. Behind the movie theater is suggested. 
*The more spots you leave near the Fair for customers…the better!
 Take Down:
Do NOT take down your booth prior to 8:00pm. SanTan management is VERY STRICT. They will charge a $1,000 fine if you take down early. (As stated in your contract.)


Bring your own battery operated lighting for your booth if you want additional light towards the end of the event. There are street lights but we strongly suggest battery operated holiday lights or camping/work lights to really illuminate your booth.
***YOU CANNOT drive up to the booths or block traffic near the event to load your cars!!! Again, product, tents, tables, etc must be carried out to your vehicle in the parking lot.
 *Bring weights for your tent. We are not responsible for any damage to your tent, products, or person because of wind and weather. Tent weights can usually be purchased at sporting good stores. 🙂
 Here are some other important reminders from your contract: 
Walkways must remain clear and booths must be viewable from the walkways.
No flags, displays, signs, etc allowed outside of your booth spots!!!
 All exhibitors will be required to check in at the Exhibitor check in station before setting up.
Spaces will be marked in chalk with booth numbers but you MUST check in prior to setting up your booth! 
 Trash Removal: Leaving trash and unwanted merchandise of any kind is not allowed. Clean up fees will apply to any exhibitor leaving trash behind. The trash receptacles located throughout the mall are for paper/food/etc., not merchandise, boxes or large items. All unwanted merchandise, empty boxes, and large packing items must be carted up and taken away with you!!! What constitutes excessive trash will be the discretion of “The Paisley Pumpkin”.
